Here's documents I obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. They are from County Atty Cindy Nutter and shows that she officially sanctioned time off for employees that they were not entitled to. These employees did not have to take this time off of the their vacation pay, sick time or emergency time. This is stealing from the taxpayers!

Cindy Weir Nutter's most current case history since 1-1-2009 through 7-27-10. After this report was run, Ector County and the state agency (OCA=Office of Court Administration) began transitioning to new software which apparently has had difficulty communicating between the two systems. My understanding is that the new reports will be available within the month. As soon as those are available I will post them in....The Nutter Files!
